On average, no: selling the cards from a INFO box would get you $34.04, 37% of the $91.48 it costs. A typical box gives $25.61 and only 3.4% of boxes get your money back. If you're after a specific card, buying it as a single is usually cheaper.

Where the numbers come from
The expected value adds up, for each rarity group, the copies in a box times the average price of its cards (the English card, with its TCGplayer price or, if there isn't one, Cardmarket's converted). The simulation opens 10,000 boxes with the same rates.
25th-anniversary core booster (2023-2025), with Quarter Century Secret Rares. 9-card pack: 8 commons and 1 foil (a Super Rare or, in its place, an Ultra or Secret Rare), no rares. Per 24-pack box, 18 Super, 4 Ultra and 2 Secret Rares on average: Konami's official 2015 ratio, which the community treats as still current; Konami hasn't restated it. Quarter Century Secret: 1 in 3 or 4 boxes (TCGplayer market estimate).
