Is a booster box of FB02 worth opening?
On average, no: selling the cards from a FB02 box would get you $39.90, 18% of the $222 it costs. A typical box gives $19.07 and only 0.8% of boxes get your money back. If you're after a specific card, buying it as a single is usually cheaper.
How reliable the rates are: low (the game's generic rates: this set has no estimates of its own).

Where the numbers come from
The expected value adds up, for each rarity group, the copies in a box times the average price of its cards (the English card, with its TCGplayer price or, if there isn't one, Cardmarket's converted). The simulation opens 10,000 boxes with the same rates.
Bandai publishes no Fusion World odds. Estimate: Japanese press figures (gamepedia and torecamap, with no stated sample) converted to the English box, which holds twice the cards (12-card packs against 6). No figures of its own: it uses FB07 and FB08's, which share the layout. The Super Alt-Art is the most uncertain figure: between 1 in 120 boxes (Japanese press, with a question mark) and 1 per 12-box case (TCGTalk, unmeasured).
